How to make measurement:
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust with your bra you are going to wear to party on, at the same time, keep your arms be relaxed, down at your sides.
Waist: This is the narrowest part of your waist. Remember to keep the tape measure as horizontal as possible.
